Exchange and Return Policy

Velociraptor stands behind our product quality and encourages confident shopping. If you buy from velociraptortech.com, you can return unused items within 15 days for a refund (excluding shipping). You're responsible for return shipping, unless there's a Velociraptor shipping error. Refunds match your original payment.

This return policy applies only to original buyers from velociraptortech.com or authorized dealers, not second-hand owners. For Velociraptor return policy, contact hainanvelociraptor@gmail.com; expect a response in 1-3 business days.

1.Cancellation

Order cancellations are possible if the product hasn't been shipped or produced yet. If you haven't received a shipping notification, contact our customer service via email to cancel or modify your order. Our team will assist within 24 hours of receiving your email. A refund will be issued for cancelled orders.（Notice：For refunded payments, standard Credit Card /Paypal/Apple Pay/Google Pay /Stripe processing fees apply. For example, if you issue a £100 refund to your bank, the original Credit Card processing fee of £2.10 (2.1%) + £0.20 for that you purchase will not be paid back to your Payments account. )

Once you've received a shipping notification, please note that orders CANNOT be cancelled. We will make every effort to intercept or modify orders within the same shipping country, but success isn't guaranteed. If successful, we will cover shipping fees. If your package arrives, you can either keep it or arrange a return for a refund by contacting us.

2. Returns and Exchanges

We support returns and exchanges for products with quality issues. Customers can request returns or exchanges within 7 days of product delivery. Kindly contact us for approval before sending items back; returns without approval won't be refunded.

Return and exchange window: 15 days from arrival. Customer covers shipping costs for personal reasons (not related to product quality). Full refund or exchange offered for major product defects, with shipping costs covered by us. Warranty activates upon goods receipt.

Items tailored or ordered specially may not be returned unless due to an error on Our Company's part. Returned goods impacting resale may incur fees and packaging costs.

Our warranty and return policy applies solely to purchases made on our website: https://www.velociraptortech.com/. For products bought from authorized distributors, please contact the seller directly for returns.

3. How to operate?

Before returning your product for warranty or refund, please contact us at hainanvelociraptor@gmail.com. In order to process your request, we may need you to provide the following information:

Your order number;

your tracking number;

Your order email;

The returning address will be provided by email when our customer service permitted after the customer submits the return request.

Important Note

Velociraptor's return and exchange policy is exclusively available to original consumers who made purchases through Velociraptor Tech's authorized resellers. Non-original consumers, such as second-hand owners, are not eligible for our return and exchange services.

Modifications made by consumers to the bicycle's parts will automatically void the return and refund policy.

During the warranty period, if a product experiences significant quality issues that hinder its normal functionality, we will facilitate returns and refunds. For minor defects, we will provide suitable compensation and replacement parts.
