About the Role

Order Processing and Tracking:

Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Track and monitor order shipments, providing customers with real-time updates.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of Velociraptor's product range to effectively assist customers in product selection and troubleshooting.

Handle Returns and Warranty Claims:

Process returns and warranty claims efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with Other Teams:

Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to address customer inquiries comprehensively.

Requirements

  1. Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

    • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

    • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  2. Skills and Competencies:

    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.

    • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
