Delivery Information

We offer worldwide free shipping. If you can't select a delivery method during checkout, kindly contact our customer service at hainanvelociraptor@gmail.com

All orders require the consignee's signature to prevent theft, loss, or damage. In case of lost or stolen packages, please liaise with your local Express office to file a claim for misdelivery or theft.

Customs Duty

Our product prices include customs fees, meaning that no additional customs duties will be incurred upon bike receipt.

Processing Time

For standard orders placed before 16:00 Beijing standard time, processing begins on the following business day. Typically, processing takes 1-2 business days, and shipping takes 3-5 business days from the shipping date.

Shipping & Delivery Rates All products are shipped free of charge.

  • EU-bound products typically arrive in 2-5 business days via UPS, without extra customs duty.


  • UK-bound products usually take 1-3 business days via DPD, with no additional shipping or customer fees.


  • USA-bound products usually take 2-5 business days via FedEx, with no extra customs duty.


  • AUS-bound we arrange weekly shipping to Australia, which usually takes 1-4 weeks via StarTrack, with no additional shipping or customer fees.


  • Direct Ship From CN: If your delivery country is not in the USA/UK/EU/AUS regions, you can opt for direct shipping from our warehouse in China via sea freight/airship. It will take approximately 2-6 weeks for delivery, with no additional shipping or customer fees.

Please provide accurate shipping information. Charges for rerouting or address corrections will be the customer's responsibility. We'll attempt to contact you beforehand to prevent additional shipping charges whenever possible.

Lost Tracking or Updates: If tracking information is lost or stagnant, contact your local Express office for lost or misdelivered package claims. Track packages here: https://www.ups.com/WebTracking.
